We are In Nashik Since 1998 At the World Shotokan Karate Organization we welcome everyone, regardless of age, fitness or experience. We believe in training and laughing hard. We know that children in particular benefit from the high standard of discipline that we expect them to demonstrate and this has positive repercussions on their behaviour outside karate as well.
Karate training is divided into three major areas: basics, forms , and sparring. Basic motion (Kihon) is the study of the fundamental techniques of the art. Forms (Kata) is a series of movements and techniques linked together by the physical/combative principles that the kata expresses, represented as a fixed sequence of moves against imagined opponents
In Martial arts Training Program We teach self-defense, self confidence and self-esteem,balancing, strength, stamina, flexibility, and posture. We trained to enhance weight loss and improve muscle tone. On the mental level, we teach stress management, improving concentration, and increasing willpower techniques.
Mixed martial arts (MMA) is a full-contact combat sport that allowsboth striking and grappling, both standing and on the ground, using techniques from other combat sports and martial arts.
Shotokan Karate is a weaponless martial art. We Teach basic techniques of punching, striking, kicking and blocking, yet there is a deeper aspect to serious Karate training which deals with character development.
There are basically two styles of Taekwondo, namely ITF and WTF i.e. International Taekwondo Federation and World Taekwondo Federation respectively. ITF-Taekwondo is a more traditional style, whereas WTF-Taekwondo has a stronger emphasis on competitive sparring and is the style you commonly see in the Olympics.
Kickboxing (aeroboxing) is a class that in which we teach the following: jump rope, shadow-box, forward kicks, punches, and the fancy footwork,developing anaerobic and aerobic fitness — in other words, power and staying power. Kickboxing improves your coordination, agility, and balance. Most classes build muscle strength, too.
In Self Defense Training We provide strategies to physically and verbally resist dangerous situations. Self-defense does not prevent the choices perpetrators make to assault, but may provide individuals with confidence, awareness, and diffusion strategies to increase their safety and potentially lessen the severity of attacks.
Our Fitness training consist routine including aerobic fitness, strength training, core exercises, balance training, flexibility and stretching.In Weight Loss Training we teach Physical activity that will help you inch closer to your goal by burning calories and building muscle
